Matchmaking - Final Open Calls on Soft Measures in Romania and Bulgaria

Online Matchmaking - Final Open Calls in Romania and Bulgaria

Open calls for projects in Romania and Bulgaria are open for applications until 17 November 2022. These are the final opportunities for projects funding and cooperation with Romania and Bulgaria!

Both calls support projects on so-called 'soft measures' that increase business skills in Romania or Bulgaria. The soft measures activities in the projects can be:

  • Capacity-building
  • Training
  • Feasibility studies
  • Networking
  • Other types of competence-building

Projects can focus on areas such as sustainable business models, green innovation, circular economy and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the Green Industry Innovation, ICT, Blue Growth and/or Welfare Technology.

All projects must contribute to supporting enterprises to increase their business development capacity, preferably in close cooperation with partners from the donor countries Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein.

Online Matchmaking and B2B Meeting

The matchmaking is online, and it takes place in this platform - B2Match. This website aims to connect businesses from Romania and Bulgaria with partners in Norway.

Register by making a profile in this platform. When your profile is accepted, you can see all the other profiles and contact the ones which are relevant for you and your project idea. You can also set up BSB meetings in this platform directly.

The aim of connecting partners is cooperation in projects under the two open calls for proposals.

The EEA and Norway Grants aim to reduce social and economic differences in Europe and to strengthen cooperation with Norway. Applications including a partnership with Norway are therefore encouraged with additional points in selection of projects.
